- Wearing protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses.

- In case of burns, cool the skin with cool water and apply moisturizing creams.
- In case of heatstroke, move the victim to the shade, cool the body and drink fluids.
Cuts and wounds

Drowning
- Remove the victim from the water immediately.
- Check for breathing and pulse.
- If there is no breathing, start cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
- Call for help by radio communication and continue CPR until the arrival of professional rescuers or until breathing is restored.
Hypothermia
- Immediately move the victim to a warm place.
- Remove wet clothes and wrap the victim in warm, dry clothes or a blanket.
- Give warm drinks (without alcohol).
- If there is no breathing, start cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- In case of severe hypothermia, call for medical help.
