ISSA international perpetual license to drive a vessel
We teach according to the ISSA system
Today, ISSA certificates are recognized throughout the world, and school standards allow us to ensure that our students acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for independent sailing on a yacht.
Inshore. Sailing yacht, motor boat, catamaran
This yacht license or certificate entitles you to operate a sailing or motor vessel up to 70 feet (24 meters) in coastal waters (up to 20 nautical miles from shore) during the day and night.
The owner of this type of yacht license must have all the skills to operate vessel within coastal waters, maneuvering, safe management of the yacht.
No documents are required to obtain a certificate, only practice with our instructors and passing an exam.
Necessary experience to obtain a license: minimum 1 week cruise.
Additional certification: not required
Minimum age: 16 years.
All licenses have an unlimited validity period.

This is a state license of the Republic of Croatia. This license is adapted to Croatian law and can be obtained faster than other types of captain's licenses.
Boat Skipper B
Gives the owner the right to operate sailing and motor boats up to 30 GT only in the Adriatic Sea.
To operate a boat with passengers up to 3 nautical miles from the coast and islands of the Adriatic Sea.
The permit is valid for sailing yachts, motor yachts and jet skis; Engine power is not limited.
Some countries recognize this license.
The license is issued from the age of 18, for non-commercial use.
